Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I reserve an inflatable?

A:  There are 2 ways to reserve a unit(s) call, text, or FB message one of our sales associates and we will gladly guide you thru how to reserve. Or on our website, click on any "START A BOOKING" and fill out our 'Contact Us' form. It takes less than a minute!

Q: How many hours to we get to play?

A: Unlike other companies, we rent by the day, not the hour, so as long as you would like.

Q: Do you deliver, set up and tear down?

A: Absolutely! We will set up and pick up based on your needs and our scheduling.

Q: How Much does delivery cost and how far do you travel?

A: We have free delivery within 15 miles of Thornville, Ohio which includes almost all of Licking County. If you are outside of that circle, we charge a nominal gas reimbursement, usually around 35 to 40 cents per mile, depending on current gas prices. Each delivery is 2 round trips so for example if you are 25 miles from us  the gas reimbursement/delivery would be 25 x 4 = 100 miles for 2 round trips. Currently that would equal a 40.00 gas fee (20.00 for drop off and 20.00 for pick up)  We will travel upto 90 minutes from Thornville, so approximately 75 miles.

Q: What surfaces can the inflatable go on?

A: GRASS, GRASS, GRASS is always preferred and the best bet, but we can also set up on pavement, concrete or indoors (gyms, church halls, etc). Additional fees may apply. We prefer grass set ups so we can use our 18-inch military grade tent stakes. On hard surfaces, we use commercial grade sandbags, which depending on the unit will incur additional labor charges. We cannot set up on Dirt or in yards that have not grown in yet or on gravel. Both of these surfaces will cause damage to the inflatables.

Q: Where should I set up the inflatable and what should I do to prepare the area?

A: We prefer GRASS over any other surface. Please try not to mow within 48 hours of drop off (if possible). Fresh cut grass and inflatables do not go well together. Please clear the area where you would like it set up at, by removing an twigs, sticks, rocks pet droppings, etc.. If your yard is fenced, our larger units will not fit thru a gate, so please consider a side yard or other area outside of a fenced yard.

Q: are your inflatable safe?

A: Very much so! We are insured and state inspected every year by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, ride safety division. We are also safety certified by the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization (SIOTO), so when we go over all the rules with you to ensure that you are a qualified operator, rest assured, you are receiving top notch instruction. Per our safety page, a trained (takes 5 minutes) adult supervisor must be in attendance at all times. Following these simple rules will keep everyone safe and happy.

Q: What are the electrical requirements, and do you bring extension cords?

A: We bring allot of extension cords, however, we can only use 100 feet of extension per blower.  As for outlets, we need one (separate) circuit per blower within 100 feet of the set-up location. (Example: if you rent a giant waterslide and bounce house, that would be 3 blowers and we would need 3 separate circuits within 100 feet. Most homes/businesses have 10 to 12 circuits).

Q: What if there’s no outlets nearby?

A: We rent generators or you can use your own.

Q: How long does the inflatable take to blow up and do they need constant power?

A: Smaller units blow up in less than a minute. Larger ones might take 4 or 5 minutes. The blower must be on at all times during use. Units deflate almost immediately when the blower is shut off. Please make sure there NO children on or near the inflatable during inflation and deflation.

Q: What form of payments do you accept?

A: We accept any form of payment (cash, check, debit or credit card). We try to use fee free services whenever possible. Our favorite is Venmo (no fees either side), but we also have Cash App, Zelle, PayPal (as a friend only),  cash and checks. All of these are free. We also accept payment on our website, however there is a 3% charge added to your bill.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes,  we require a 50% non refundable (except for bad weather).  For last minute bookings, we usually just do full payment at drop off.

Q: What is your cancelation or bad weather policies?

A: While our deposits are Non-Refundable, we have a ZERO dollar ‘BAD WEATHER’ cancelation policy. If bad weather is in the forecast and local pools are closed, we will try to rebook another day, rain check you or refund your deposit. However, once drop off occurs, all monies become non-refundable.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets dirty, gets hole or tear?

A: Keep in mind, our inflatables are outdoor play equipment. We clean and sanitize units before each use. Normal wear and tear, along with mild leaves, grass clippings, etc. are not subject to any additional cleaning fees. Excessive leaves and grass clippings must be swept out before we pick up or a cleaning fee will apply. Any and all DIRT OR MUD must be removed before pick up or an hourly cleaning fee will apply. Our units are made of heavy-duty commercial vinyl. Tears, holes, rips, etc., are very rare and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Our cleaning fee is $50.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Please return the unit in the same condition that you received it.

FAQ: Water Units & Dunk Tank

Q: what additional requirements do we need for a water slide?

A: All of our water units have a trickle hose at the top of the slide and along the slip & slide part. You will need to provide a water spicket and enough hose to get to the splash pool and trickle hose. Once the splash pool is filled, we will switch your hose over to the trickle hose and attach it. We have extra hoses available upon request.

Q: What additional safety requirements are needed with water slide or dunk tank?

A: please read over or safety page carefully all information is listed. A lifeguard is required at all times if there is any standing water in splash pool.

Q: How much water does the dunk tank hold, and do you fill it?

A: Our tanks are approximately 500 gallons. Water and hoses are the responsibility of the renter. WE DO NOT provide water. Again, we have extra hoses if needed. Almost all fire departments will fill a dunk tank for free. Please check with your local fire department.
